It has come to our attention that the 1^st defendant in the legal proceedings under KCCC 1328/2026 shares the same name and surname as a partner of our firm, Khoo Wun Fat William（丘煥法）.

For the avoidance of doubt regarding the said partner’s professional and personal identity, we hereby confirm and clarify the following:

1. The defendant in question is NOT our said partner; and
2. Our firm and the said partner are not in any way associated with the aforementioned proceedings or any of the parties involved therein.
